5.2 Understanding Your Readings
The monitor displays three key values: Systolic (SYS), Diastolic (DIA), and Pulse per minute (Pul/min). It also features a color indicator on the left side of the display to help interpret your blood pressure level according to standard guidelines.
- Systolic Pressure (SYS): The top number, which indicates the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
- Diastolic Pressure (DIA): The bottom number, which indicates the pressure in your arteries between beats.
- Pulse per Minute (Pul/min): Your heart rate.
- Irregular Heartbeat Detection: The monitor will display a specific icon if an irregular heartbeat is detected during the measurement. Consult your doctor if this icon appears frequently.
- Color Indicator: A visual guide on the display that categorizes your blood pressure reading into ranges such as Normal, Prehypertension, High Blood Pressure 1, High Blood Pressure 2, and Hypertensive Crisis.

- The most recent reading will be displayed first.
- Press the MEM button repeatedly to scroll through previous readings.
