1. Battery Charging and Installation
Before first use, fully charge both 82V MAX 2.0 Lithium-ion Batteries using the provided rapid charger. The charger indicates when the batteries are fully charged. 2. Handle Assembly and Adjustment
Unfold the handle and secure it in position using the quick-release levers or knobs. Adjust the handle height to a comfortable operating position. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged before use.
3. Cutting Height Adjustment
The mower features a single-lever, 7-position height-of-cut adjustment. To adjust, pull the lever outwards and move it to the desired height setting. Release the lever to lock it in place. For optimal lawn health, avoid cutting more than one-third of the grass blade length at a time.
4. Bagger Attachment
To attach the 1.7 bushel bagger, lift the rear discharge door and hook the bagger onto the metal rod. Ensure it is securely seated to prevent grass clippings from escaping. For mulching or side-discharge, remove the bagger and install the appropriate accessory (mulch plug or side-discharge chute).

2. Mowing Techniques
For best results, mow in overlapping rows. The mower's intelligent load-sensing technology automatically adjusts power levels to match cutting conditions, ensuring maximum efficiency. This 3-in-1 design allows for mulching, bagging, or side-discharge of grass clippings.

Maintenance
1. Battery Care
To prolong battery life, store batteries in a cool, dry place. Charge batteries at least once every two months, even during periods of non-use. Avoid storing batteries in extreme temperatures.
2. Cleaning the Mower
After each use, disconnect the battery and clean the underside of the mower deck to remove grass clippings and debris. Use a brush or scraper; avoid using water directly on electrical components. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth.
3. Blade Maintenance
Regularly inspect the mower blade for sharpness and damage. A dull blade can tear grass, leading to an unhealthy lawn. Refer to the full operator's manual for instructions on blade removal, sharpening, or replacement.
4. Storage
The Snapper XD mower features vertical storage capabilities, saving up to 70% of storage space. To store, remove the battery, fold the handle, and stand the mower upright. Ensure it is stored in a dry, protected area.
