2. Safety Information
- Do not use the cooler as a step stool or seat, as this may cause damage to the cooler or lead to injury.
- Ensure the lid is securely latched during transport to prevent contents from spilling.
- Keep the cooler away from open flames or extreme heat sources.
- When lifting a full cooler, use proper lifting techniques to avoid back injury. If heavy, seek assistance.
- Children should be supervised when near the cooler to prevent accidental entrapment.
3. Setup
3.1 Initial Inspection
Upon unpacking, inspect your cooler for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, contact customer support before use.
3.2 Cleaning Before First Use
Before its first use, clean the interior and exterior of the cooler with mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely.
3.3 Extending the Telescoping Handle
To extend the handle, press the button located on the top of the handle grip and pull upwards until it locks into the desired position. Ensure both sides of the handle extend evenly. To retract, press the button again and push downwards.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Loading the Cooler
- For best ice retention, pre-chill the cooler before loading.
- Place items that need to stay coldest at the bottom, then add ice.
- Fill the cooler as much as possible with ice and contents to minimize air space.
- Close the lid securely using the latches to maintain internal temperature.
4.2 Using the Cup Holders
The lid features four self-draining cup holders. These are designed to hold standard-sized beverages and allow any condensation to drain away.

4.3 Transporting the Cooler
Utilize the non-marking soft-ride rally wheels and the extended telescoping handle for easy transportation over various surfaces. For rough terrain, it is recommended to lift the cooler using the side handles if available, or by two people if the cooler is heavy.
4.4 UV Protection
The cooler is constructed with ultraviolet inhibitors to protect against sun damage, making it suitable for extended outdoor use.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
After each use, empty the cooler and clean the interior and exterior with mild soap and warm water. For stubborn stains, a solution of baking soda and water can be used. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry with the lid slightly ajar to prevent odors and mildew.
5.2 Handle Care
To ensure smooth operation of the telescoping handle, keep the extension mechanism clean and free of debris. Avoid exposing the handle mechanism to sand, as sand particles can cause the handle to jam or become difficult to extend and retract. If sand enters the mechanism, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and allow to dry, then test operation.
5.3 Storage
Store the cooler in a cool, dry place with the lid slightly open to allow for air circulation.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Handle Jams or Sticks
If the telescoping handle becomes difficult to extend or retract, it is likely due to debris such as sand or dirt within the mechanism.
- Solution: Thoroughly rinse the handle mechanism with clean, fresh water. Work the handle up and down gently to dislodge any particles. Allow it to dry completely before attempting full operation. Avoid using lubricants that may attract more dirt.
6.2 Poor Ice Retention
If ice melts faster than expected:
- Check Lid Seal: Ensure the lid is properly closed and latched. Inspect the lid gasket for any damage or debris that might prevent a tight seal.
- Pre-chill: Always pre-chill the cooler with a bag of ice or cold water before loading.
- Fill Capacity: A fuller cooler retains ice better. Minimize air space by filling with ice and contents.
- Location: Keep the cooler in the shade and out of direct sunlight when possible.
