Installation

- Wire Connections:
- Connect the green or bare copper ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box (usually bare copper or green). Secure with a wire nut.
- Connect the white (neutral) wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire from the junction box. Secure with a wire nut.
- Connect the black (hot) wire from the fixture to the black (hot) wire from the junction box. Secure with a wire nut.
- Attach Fixture: Carefully align the fixture with the mounting plate and secure it using the provided screws.
- Install Bulb: Insert one (1) A-19 type bulb (E26 base, max 100W) into the socket. Do not overtighten.
- Attach Glass Shade: Secure the glass shade to the fixture according to the specific design. Ensure it is firmly in place to prevent water entry.
- Restore Power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker or fuse box. Test the light fixture.
Operation
This Minka Lavery wall mount light is designed for simple operation via a standard wall switch (toggle type) connected to its electrical circuit.
- Turning On/Off: Use the connected wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.
- Bulb Replacement: To replace the bulb, first ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. Allow the bulb to cool completely. Carefully remove the glass shade, unscrew the old bulb, and screw in a new A-19 type bulb (E26 base, max 100W). Reattach the glass shade securely.
