4. Installation Instructions
This fixture is designed for wall-mount installation to an existing junction box (junction box not included). Professional installation is recommended.
4.1 Prepare for Installation
- Turn off power: Locate the circuit breaker or fuse box and turn off the power to the outlet box where you will install the fixture.
- Unpack contents: Carefully remove all parts from the carton and ensure no damage has occurred during shipping. Keep all packaging until you are sure all parts are present.
- Identify wires: In your junction box, identify the supply wires: typically black (hot), white (neutral), and bare copper or green (ground).
4.2 Mount the Fixture
- Attach the mounting plate (included) to the junction box using the provided screws. Ensure the plate is securely fastened.
- Make electrical connections:
- Connect the fixture's bare copper or green ground wire to the supply ground wire using a wire nut.
- Connect the fixture's white wire to the supply white (neutral) wire using a wire nut.
- Connect the fixture's black wire to the supply black (hot) wire using a wire nut.
- Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
- Align the fixture base with the mounting plate and secure it with the provided screws.
- Install the mitered white glass shade onto the fixture according to the diagram.

5. Operating Instructions
Once installation is complete and power is restored at the circuit breaker, the fixture is ready for operation.
- Power On/Off: Use the wall switch connected to the fixture to turn the light on or off.
- Dimming Function: This fixture is dimmable. If connected to a compatible dimmer switch (not included), adjust the dimmer to control the light intensity. The light provides 3000K warm white illumination.
