Setup and Assembly
- Attach the Handle: Secure the upper handle to the main unit using the provided hardware. Ensure it clicks into place or is tightened securely.
- Connect the High-Pressure Hose:
- Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the pressure washer's high-pressure outlet. Tighten by hand.
- Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the trigger handle. Tighten by hand.
- Attach the Spray Wand: Insert the spray wand into the trigger handle and twist until it locks securely.
- Install Nozzle: Select the desired quick-connect nozzle and push it firmly into the quick-connect coupler on the spray wand until it snaps into place. Pull on the nozzle to ensure it is securely seated.
- Connect Water Supply:
- Attach a garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks.
- Turn on the water supply completely.
- Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the system until a steady stream of water emerges. This primes the pump.
Operating Instructions
Starting the Pressure Washer
- Ensure the water supply is fully open and air has been purged from the system.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V AC outlet.
- Turn the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The motor will start.
- Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to begin spraying.
Using Detergent
- Ensure the pressure washer is off and disconnected from power.
- Fill the onboard detergent tank with pressure washer safe detergent. Do not use bleach or other corrosive chemicals.
- Attach the black soap nozzle to the spray wand. This nozzle activates the detergent injector.
- Start the pressure washer and apply detergent to the cleaning surface. Allow it to soak for a few minutes (refer to detergent instructions).
- To rinse, remove the soap nozzle and replace it with a high-pressure nozzle (e.g., 15° or Turbo).
Nozzle Selection
Different nozzles are designed for specific cleaning tasks:
- Turbo Nozzle: Provides a concentrated, oscillating stream for maximum cleaning power on tough stains and hard surfaces like concrete.
- 15° Nozzle: A versatile, fan-shaped spray for general cleaning of various surfaces.
- Soap Nozzle (Black): Low-pressure, wide spray for applying detergents.
Stopping the Pressure Washer
- Release the trigger on the spray gun.
- Turn the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position.
- Turn off the water supply.
- Squeeze the trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
- Unplug the power cord.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.
- After Each Use:
- Flush the system with clean water to remove any detergent residue.
- Disconnect all hoses and drain water from the pump and hoses.
- Clean the nozzles and store them properly.
- Wipe down the unit with a damp cloth.
- Storage:
- Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free area.
- If storing in freezing temperatures, use a pump protector/antifreeze solution to prevent damage.
- Inlet Filter: Regularly inspect and clean the water inlet filter to prevent debris from entering the pump.
