3. Setup

3.1 Setting the Time and Date

  1. Pull out the crown: Gently pull the crown (the knob on the side of the watch) to position 2 for setting the date, or position 3 for setting the time.
  2. Set the date: In position 2, turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the date. Ensure the date changes at midnight, not noon.
  3. Set the time: In position 3, turn the crown to move the hour and minute hands to the correct time. Pay attention to AM/PM for the 24-hour subdial.
  4. Push in the crown: Once the time and date are set, push the crown back into position 1 to secure the settings and ensure water resistance.

3.2 Adjusting the Band

The silicone band is adjustable via a traditional buckle clasp. To adjust, simply thread the band through the buckle and secure the pin into one of the pre-drilled holes for a comfortable fit on your wrist.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using the Chronograph

The chronograph function allows for precise timing of events. It features 60-minute, 60-second, and 24-hour subdials.

  1. Start: Press the top pusher button to start the chronograph. The central second hand and subdial hands will begin to move.
  2. Stop/Pause: Press the top pusher button again to stop or pause the chronograph.
  3. Reset: While the chronograph is stopped, press the bottom pusher button to reset all chronograph hands to their zero positions.

4.2 Using the Uni-directional Bezel

The uni-directional rotating bezel can be used to track elapsed time, typically for up to 60 minutes. To use:

  1. Rotate the bezel counter-clockwise until the zero marker aligns with the minute hand at the start of the event you wish to time.
  2. The minute hand will then indicate the elapsed time against the bezel's scale.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning Your Watch

To maintain the appearance of your watch:

  • For the silicone band, use mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
