3. Device Overview

4. Setup
4.1. Installing the SIM Card and Battery
- Remove the Back Cover: Gently slide the back cover off the device.
- Insert SIM Card: Locate the SIM card slot. Insert your 4G LTE SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched corner aligned correctly. Use the provided adapters if your SIM card is Micro or Nano size.
- Insert Battery: Align the battery contacts with the terminals in the battery compartment and press down gently until it clicks into place.
- Replace Back Cover: Slide the back cover back onto the device until it is securely closed.
4.2. Powering On and Initial Connection
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up.
- Wait for Network: The device will search for a 4G LTE network. This may take a few moments. The network status icon on the display will indicate when a connection is established.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: On your Wi-Fi enabled device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), search for available Wi-Fi networks. The default Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password are displayed on the TL-M7310's screen. Select the network and enter the password to connect.

- Signal Strength: Indicates the strength of the 4G LTE signal.

5.3. Micro SD Card Storage
The device supports a Micro SD card up to 32GB for optional storage. Once inserted, you can access the shared files via the web management page or the tpMiFi App, allowing connected devices to view or download content.
6. Maintenance
- Battery Care:
To prolong battery life, avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures. Charge the battery fully before first use and when the battery level is low. If storing the device for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% and remove it from the device.
- Cleaning:
Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Firmware Updates:
Periodically check for firmware updates via the web management page or tpMiFi App to ensure optimal performance and security.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Internet Access:
- Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated.
- Check the signal strength indicator on the device's screen. Move to an area with better signal if necessary.
- Verify your data plan is active and has available data.
- Restart the device.
- Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Ensure the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password entered are correct.
- Check if the device's Wi-Fi is enabled.
- Reduce the distance between your device and the Mobile Wi-Fi.
- Check the number of connected devices; the TL-M7310 supports up to 11 devices.
- Slow Internet Speed:
- Check the signal strength. Poor signal can lead to slow speeds.
