3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Battery

1. Ensure the camera is powered off.
2. Connect the camera to a power source using the supplied USB cable and AC adapter. The battery charges directly within the camera.
3. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when the battery is fully charged.

3.2. Inserting a Memory Card

1. Open the battery/memory card cover on the bottom of the camera.
