Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The lock is powered by 4 AA batteries (not included), offering reliable operation for up to 8 months. When the batteries are low, the lock will provide an indicator. To replace batteries:
- Slide off the battery cover from the back module.
- Remove old batteries and insert new 4 AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Replace the battery cover.
Important: During installation or battery replacement, take care not to pinch or damage the internal wiring to ensure optimal performance.
Cleaning
To maintain the appearance and functionality of your lock, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish or internal components.
