Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

1. Ensure the speaker is powered off.
2. Open the rubber flap covering the charging port.
3. Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the speaker's charging port.
4. Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
5. The LED indicator will illuminate red during charging and turn off when fully charged.
6. Charging typically takes 2-3 hours.
7. Close the rubber flap securely after charging to maintain water resistance.

2. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (⏻) for approximately 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash blue, and you will hear an audible prompt.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button (⏻) for approximately 3 seconds. The LED indicator will turn off, and you will hear an audible prompt.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and within 1 meter (3 feet) of your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet).
2. The speaker will automatically enter pairing mode when powered on for the first time or if not connected to a device. The LED indicator will flash blue rapidly.
3. On your Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "INTEMPO Speaker" (or similar name) from the list of found devices.
5. Once paired, the LED indicator will flash blue slowly, and you will hear a confirmation tone.
6. The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if the device's Bluetooth is active and within range.

4. Mounting the Speaker

The speaker features a suction cup for easy mounting on smooth, non-porous surfaces.

1. Ensure the surface (e.g., shower tile, glass) is clean and dry.
2. Press the suction cup firmly against the desired surface.
3. Verify that the speaker is securely attached before releasing it.

Operating

1. Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button (⏸).
• Next Track: Short press the Next Track / Volume Up button (⏭).
• Previous Track: Short press the Previous Track / Volume Down button (⏮).
• Volume Up: Long press the Next Track / Volume Up button (+).
• Volume Down: Long press the Previous Track / Volume Down button (-).

2. Hands-Free Calling

When paired with your smartphone, the speaker can be used for hands-free calls.

• Answer Call: When an incoming call rings, press the Call button (☎).
• End Call: During a call, press the Call button (☎) to hang up.
• Reject Call: When an incoming call rings, press and hold the Call button (☎) for 2 seconds.
• Redial Last Number: In standby mode, double-press the Call button (☎).

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, charge the speaker fully before first use and at least once every three months if not used regularly.
