1. Setup Guide
This section provides instructions for the initial setup of your Funlux 720p HD Wireless Smart Home Security Surveillance Camera.
1.1 Package Contents
Before you begin, ensure all items listed below are present in your package:

1.2 Initial Camera Setup
- Power On: Connect the camera to the power supply using the provided adapter.
- Download App: Download the "Funlux" application from your smartphone's app store.
- Account Creation: Open the Funlux app and create a new user account or log in if you already have one.
- Add Device: Follow the on-screen instructions within the Funlux app to add your new camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or manually entering its serial number.
- Network Connection: Connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. If your router provides both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz network during setup.
- Placement: Position the camera in your desired location. The camera comes with a mounting bracket, drywall anchors, and screws for wall mounting, or it can be placed on a flat surface.

2. Operating Instructions
Once your Funlux camera is set up, you can utilize its various features for home security and monitoring.
2.1 Live View and Recording
- 720P HD Live Demo: Access vivid 720P HD live video feed at any time through the Funlux app.
- Motion Alerts: Receive instant motion alerts directly on your smartphone. You can schedule alerts for specific times and dates.
- Capture & Download: Take pictures and record videos directly via the app. Recorded videos can be downloaded to your phone for later viewing.

2.2 Two-Way Audio
The integrated two-way audio feature allows you to listen to your environment and speak through the camera. This is useful for communicating with family members or deterring intruders.
2.3 Wide-Angle View
The camera features a 115° wide-angle lens, providing a broad view of your space, reducing blind spots and enhancing surveillance coverage.

2.4 Night Vision
Equipped with infrared night vision, the camera provides clear monitoring up to 30 feet in low-light or no-light conditions. It delivers colorful images during the day and switches to a clear black and white view at night.

3. Maintenance

- Network Stability: Maintain a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection for uninterrupted operation.
4. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Funlux camera, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Camera Offline:
- Check if the camera is powered on and the power adapter is functioning correctly.
- Verify your Wi-Fi network is active and the camera is within range.
- Restart the camera by unplugging and re-plugging the power adapter.

- Poor Video Quality:
- Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from dust or smudges.
- Check your Wi-Fi signal strength. A weak signal can affect video streaming quality.

- Motion Alerts Not Received:
- Verify that motion detection is enabled in the Funlux app settings.
- Check your app notification settings on your smartphone to ensure Funlux notifications are allowed.

- Two-Way Audio Issues:
- Ensure your smartphone's microphone is enabled for the Funlux app.
- Check the volume settings on both your smartphone and within the app.
- Minimize background noise for clearer audio transmission.
