3.1 Unboxing and Parts Identification

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Lighting the Grill
- Open the grill lid.
- Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
- Turn on the gas supply at the LP cylinder.
- Press and turn one burner control knob to "HIGH".
- Immediately press the Piezo igniter button. You should hear a click and see the burner light.
- If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the lighting procedure.
- Once one burner is lit, you can turn on other burners as desired.

4.2 Cooking
The grill features 30,000 BTU with three 10,000 BTU burners, providing even heat across the 360-square-inch primary cooking surface. The 170-square-inch warming rack is ideal for indirect cooking or keeping food warm. Adjust heat using the control knobs (clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease).
