Setup

Speaker Placement

For optimal surround sound experience, position the speakers as follows:

  1. Subwoofer: Place the subwoofer on the floor, preferably in a corner or near a wall for enhanced bass.
  2. Front Left/Right Speakers: Position these speakers on either side of your television or main listening area, facing towards you.
  3. Center Speaker: Place the center speaker directly above or below your television, centered with the screen.
  4. Rear Left/Right Speakers: Position these speakers behind your main listening area, slightly to the sides, facing towards you.

Connections

Ensure the main power switch is OFF before making any connections.

  1. Satellite Speakers: Connect each of the five satellite speakers to the corresponding output jacks on the rear of the subwoofer unit. Ensure correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative).
  2. Audio Input: Connect your audio source (e.g., TV, DVD player, smartphone) to the subwoofer using the provided audio cable. The system supports various input methods including Bluetooth, USB, SD, and auxiliary input.
  3. FM Antenna: Connect the FM antenna to the designated port on the subwoofer for improved radio reception. Extend the antenna fully for best results.
  4. Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Press the Power button on the front panel of the subwoofer or on the remote control to turn the system ON or OFF.

Mode Selection

Press the "MODE" button on the remote control or front panel to switch between input sources: Bluetooth, USB, SD, FM Radio, and AUX.

Bluetooth Operation

  1. Switch the speaker system to Bluetooth mode. The display will show "BT" and a pairing indicator will flash.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) and search for available devices.
  3. Select "BFS-440" from the list of devices. Once paired, the system will indicate a successful connection, and the pairing indicator will stop flashing.
  4. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker system.

USB/SD Card Playback

  1. Insert a USB drive or SD card into the respective slot on the front panel.
  2. The system will automatically switch to USB or SD mode and begin playing compatible audio files. If not, press the "MODE" button to select the correct source.
  3. Use the remote control or front panel buttons to play, pause, skip tracks, or adjust volume.

FM Radio Operation

  1. Switch the speaker system to FM Radio mode.
  2. Press the "SCAN" button on the remote control to automatically scan and save available FM stations.
  3. Use the "PREV" and "NEXT" buttons to navigate through the saved stations.
