4. Setup Instructions

5.3. Stuffing Process

  1. Plug the stuffer into a grounded electrical outlet.
  2. Place the prepared casing onto the chosen stuffing tube, gathering it to the end of the tube.
  3. Use the speed control knob on the control panel to set the desired piston lowering speed. A slower speed is recommended for smaller casings and snack sticks.
  4. Press the foot switch to begin lowering the piston and stuffing the sausage.
  5. As the casing fills, guide it off the tube, ensuring even filling and minimizing air pockets. The integrated air release valve helps prevent air from being trapped.
  6. Release the foot switch or press the STOP button on the control panel to halt the piston movement. The piston will reverse slightly to release pressure and stop meat flow.
  7. When the cylinder is empty, the piston will automatically rise to the top for convenient refilling.

5.4. Manual Operation (Optional)
