Setup and Assembly

Assembly is straightforward, but it is recommended to have assistance for safety and ease of installation.

  1. Site Selection: Choose a healthy, live tree free of dead branches or obstructions. Ensure the ground beneath is level and firm.
  2. Assemble Ladder Sections: Connect the ladder sections according to the diagrams provided in the separate assembly sheet. Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Attach Platform and Seat: Securely attach the platform assembly to the top ladder section. Then, mount the swivel seat assembly onto the platform.
  4. Install Shooting Rail: Attach the padded wrap-around shooting rail to the designated points on the platform/seat assembly.
  5. Position and Secure to Tree: With assistance, raise the assembled tree stand against the chosen tree. Ensure the ladder is at a safe climbing angle. Use the two included ratchet straps to firmly secure the stand to the tree. The back of the shooting rail has teeth designed to grip the tree for added stability. Adjust the ladder angle to ensure the chair does not rub or hit the back of the rail frame when swiveling.
  6. Adjust Support Bar: Extend and secure the adjustable support bar from the ladder to the tree for additional stability.
  7. Final Safety Check: Before climbing, ensure all bolts are tightened, straps are taut, and the stand is stable. Gently shake the stand to confirm it is firmly anchored.
