1. Introduction

3. Setup

3.1. Battery Installation

Your K400 Plus keyboard comes with two AA batteries pre-installed. To activate them, remove the battery compartment cover located on the underside of the keyboard and pull out the yellow tab. Ensure the batteries are correctly oriented according to the polarity indicators (+/-).

3.2. Connecting the USB Unifying Receiver

The K400 Plus uses a small USB Unifying Receiver for wireless connectivity. This receiver is typically stored inside the battery compartment for safekeeping. Remove the receiver and plug it into an available USB port on your PC, smart TV, or other compatible device.

3.3. Powering On the Keyboard

Locate the On/Off switch on the top right edge of the keyboard. Slide the switch to the 'On' position (green indicator visible). The keyboard should automatically connect to your device via the USB receiver.
