3. Setup

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging.
  2. Position the Washer: Place the washer basin on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for comfortable operation.
  3. Insert Brushes and Rollers: The microfiber brushes and adjustable rollers should be pre-installed or easily inserted into their designated slots within the basin. Ensure they are securely in place.
  4. Prepare Cleaning Solution: Fill the washer basin with distilled water up to the indicated fill line. Add 3-4 drops of the provided CleanIt Solution to the distilled water.

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to clean your vinyl records:

  1. Adjust Rollers: Adjust the roller system to accommodate your record size (33, 45, or 78 RPM). The rollers slide to fit different record diameters.
  2. Insert Record: Carefully place the record into the cleaning system, ensuring it rests on the rollers and is positioned between the dual microfiber brushes.
  3. Rotate Record: Gently rotate the record manually. Spin it 3 times clockwise and 3 times counter-clockwise. The dual microfiber brushes will simultaneously clean both sides of the record, reaching deep into the grooves.
  4. Remove and Dry: Carefully lift the record out of the basin. Use one of the provided washable drying cloths to gently wipe the record dry. Ensure the record is completely dry to prevent water spots.
  5. Repeat for Other Records: Repeat the process for additional records. If cleaning many records, consider replacing the cleaning solution after approximately 20-30 records or when it appears visibly dirty.
