Operating Instructions
Mode Navigation
Press the MODE button to cycle through the main functions: Time, Altimeter/Barometer, Compass, Stopwatch, Countdown Timer, and Alarm.
1. Time Mode
Displays current time, date, and day of the week. Press the LIGHT button (usually top left) to activate the EL backlight.
2. Altimeter & Barometer Mode
This mode displays current altitude, atmospheric pressure, and temperature. It also shows a 48-hour atmospheric pressure trend graph.
- Altimeter: Measures altitude based on atmospheric pressure. For accurate readings, calibrate the altimeter at a known altitude.
- Barometer: Displays current atmospheric pressure. Changes in pressure can indicate weather changes.
- Thermometer: Measures ambient temperature. For accurate body temperature, remove the watch from your wrist for 20-30 minutes.
The watch records 7 days of altitude and barometric data, as well as climbing altitude, ascent/descent time, and rate.
3. Compass Mode
To use the compass, hold the watch horizontally and away from magnetic interference. The display will show the cardinal direction (N, S, E, W) and a numerical bearing.
- Calibration: It is recommended to calibrate the compass before first use and periodically thereafter, especially after significant travel or exposure to strong magnetic fields. Refer to the watch's on-screen prompts or specific button combinations for calibration.
4. Stopwatch Mode

Maintenance and Care
1. Cleaning
Wipe the watch with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the watch's surface or seals.
2. Water Resistance (3 ATM / 30 meters)
The watch is water-resistant up to 30 meters (3 ATM). This means it is suitable for daily use, splashes, and rain. It is not suitable for showering, swimming, diving, or prolonged immersion in water. Do not press any buttons while the watch is wet or submerged.
Note: Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may weaken over time due to wear and tear, impacts, or temperature changes.
3. Battery Replacement
The watch uses a CR2032 coin cell battery. When the low battery indicator appears, replace the battery promptly to ensure continued operation and prevent data loss.
- Carefully unscrew the back cover of the watch using a small screwdriver.
- Remove the old CR2032 battery.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery, ensuring correct polarity (+ side up).
- Carefully replace the back cover, ensuring the gasket is properly seated to maintain water resistance. Tighten screws securely but do not overtighten.

It is recommended to have battery replacement performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.
4. Storage
Store the watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and strong magnetic fields when not in use.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Display is blank or dim. | Low battery or battery needs replacement. | Replace the CR2032 battery. |
| Inaccurate altimeter/barometer readings. | Needs calibration; rapid weather changes. | Calibrate the altimeter at a known altitude. Allow time for barometer to adjust to stable conditions. |
| Compass shows incorrect direction. | Needs calibration; magnetic interference. | Calibrate the compass. Move away from electronic devices or metal objects. |
| Watch not responding to button presses. | Temporary software glitch; low battery. | Try a soft reset (if applicable, consult specific model instructions). Replace battery if low. |
| Water inside the watch. | Exceeded water resistance limits; damaged seal. | Immediately take to a professional watch repair service. Do not attempt to dry it yourself. |
