Setup

Pull up the pins for the periods you want the device to be OFF. For example, if you want the device to be ON from 4:00 PM to midnight, push down all the pins corresponding to the 4 PM, 4:30 PM, 5 PM, ..., 11:30 PM, and 12 AM segments. Ensure all other pins are pulled up.
