1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read and save these important safety instructions before using your Esperanza Cool Spring EHA003 Humidifier. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable, and waterproof surface. Ensure it is at least 30 cm (12 inches) away from walls, furniture, and electronic devices.
3. Fill Water Tank:
   • Remove the water tank from the base.
   • Unscrew the tank cap at the bottom of the tank.
   • Fill the tank with clean, cool tap water. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended to reduce mineral residue. Do not fill past the MAX line.
   • Securely screw the tank cap back on.
   • Place the filled water tank back onto the humidifier base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The Esperanza Cool Spring EHA003 Humidifier features simple touch controls for operation.

1. Power On/Off: Touch the power button (usually indicated by a power symbol) to turn the humidifier ON. Touch it again to turn the humidifier OFF.

  • Clean the surface of the transducer (the small disc in the base) with a soft brush or cloth to remove mineral deposits.
  • Rinse the base thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
• Disinfecting:
  • After descaling, mix 1 teaspoon of bleach with 1 gallon (3.8 liters) of water.
  • Pour this solution into the water tank and swish it around to coat all surfaces.
  • Let it stand for 20 minutes.
  • Empty the tank and rinse thoroughly until the bleach smell is gone.
  • Wipe the base with a cloth dampened with the bleach solution, then rinse thoroughly.

Storage: When storing the humidifier, ensure it is completely dry. Clean it as per weekly maintenance, then store in a cool, dry place.
