- Prime Unit (First Use): If using for the first time, set the pressure to high, point the tip into the sink, and turn on the unit until water flows consistently.
- Adjust Pressure: Use the pressure dial on the front of the unit to select your desired water pressure level from 1 to 10. Start with a low setting and gradually increase as you become comfortable.
- Position Tip: Lean over the sink and place the tip in your mouth, aiming the water stream at your gumline at a 90-degree angle. Close your lips slightly to prevent splashing while allowing water to flow into the sink.
- Start Flossing: Turn on the unit. Guide the tip along your gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Work from your back teeth towards your front teeth, covering both the inside and outside surfaces of your teeth.
- Pause Function: The handle features a pause button. Press it to temporarily stop the water flow without turning off the unit. Release to resume.
- Tip Rotation: The tip can rotate 360 degrees, allowing easy access to all areas of your mouth.
