Setup

Powering On/Off

  1. Connect the supplied power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the speaker and plug the other end into a wall outlet.
  2. Press and hold the Power button on the top panel of the speaker or on the remote control to turn the unit on or off.

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode. If not, press the 'MODE' button on the speaker or remote until 'Bluetooth' is announced or indicated.
  2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Goodmans Speaker XL" from the list of devices.
  4. Once paired, the speaker will indicate a successful connection, and you can begin playing audio from your device.

Auxiliary Input (AUX IN)

  1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not supplied) to the AUX IN port on the back of the speaker.
  2. Connect the other end of the audio cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device.
  3. Press the 'MODE' button on the speaker or remote until 'AUX' is announced or indicated.
  4. Audio will now play through the speaker from your connected device.

USB/TF Card Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive or TF (microSD) card containing MP3 audio files into the respective port on the back of the speaker.
  2. The speaker should automatically switch to USB or TF Card mode and begin playing the first compatible audio file. If not, press the 'MODE' button to select the correct input.

Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the speaker with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents as they may damage the finish.

Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the speaker in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
