1. Setup
1.1 Unboxing and Initial Placement
Carefully remove the printer and all components from the packaging. Ensure all protective tapes and materials are removed from the printer. Place the printer on a stable, flat surface with adequate space for paper input and output.

1.2 Power Connection
Connect the power cord to the printer and then to a grounded electrical outlet. Press the power button to turn on the printer.
1.3 Ink Cartridge Installation
Open the ink cartridge access door. Wait for the print carriage to move to the center. Carefully unpackage the HP 65 Black and Tri-color ink cartridges. Insert each cartridge into its designated slot until it clicks into place. Close the ink cartridge access door.

1.4 Paper Loading
Load plain white paper into the input tray located at the rear of the printer. Adjust the paper guides to fit the paper size snugly.

1.5 Wireless Setup
Follow the instructions on the setup poster or the HP Smart app to connect your printer to your wireless network. The printer supports Wi-Fi connectivity for printing from various devices.

2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Printing
To print a document or photo, ensure the printer is powered on and connected to your device (via Wi-Fi or USB). Select the print option from your application, choose the HP DeskJet 3755 from the list of available printers, and adjust settings as needed before confirming the print job.
2.2 Scanning
The HP DeskJet 3755 features a scroll scan function. Place the document face-up into the input slot. Use the HP Smart app on your smartphone or tablet, or the printer's control panel, to initiate a scan. The scanned document will be saved to your connected device.
2.3 Copying

3. Maintenance
3.1 Replacing Ink Cartridges
When an ink cartridge runs low or is empty, the printer's control panel will indicate which cartridge needs replacement. Open the ink cartridge access door, wait for the carriage to center, press down on the old cartridge to release it, and pull it out. Insert the new cartridge into the correct slot until it clicks. Close the access door.

3.2 General Cleaning
Regularly wipe the exterior of the printer with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. Clean the paper path rollers if paper jams occur frequently, following instructions in the HP Smart app or online support.

4.1 Connectivity Issues
- Printer not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi router is on and the printer is within range. Restart both the printer and your router. Use the HP Smart app for guided troubleshooting.
