4. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the hot plate from its packaging. Retain packaging for storage or return if necessary.

3. Placement: Place the hot plate on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

2. Place Cookware: Place appropriate cookware (flat-bottomed, heat-resistant pots or pans) onto the heating element. Ensure the cookware is centered.
3. Adjust Temperature: Turn the rotary control knob clockwise to select the desired heat setting. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the hot plate is heating.
4. Cooking: Allow the hot plate to preheat for a few minutes. The indicator light will cycle on and off to maintain the selected temperature.
5. Finish Cooking: Once cooking is complete, turn the control knob counter-clockwise to the "OFF" position. The indicator light will turn off.
6. Cool Down: Unplug the hot plate from the wall outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning or storing. The surface will remain hot for some time after use.
