Setup

Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge the Solix-1 headset.

1. Locate the Micro USB charging port on the headset (refer to Figure 5).
2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the headset's charging port.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
4. The LED indicator on the headset will illuminate during charging and change color or turn off when fully charged. Charging time is approximately 2 hours.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

The Solix-1 headset uses Bluetooth version 4.1 for wireless connection.

1. Ensure the headset is charged and turned off.
2. Press and hold the Multi-function button (usually the power button) on the headset until the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available devices. "Solix-1" should appear in the list.
5. Select "Solix-1" to connect. Once connected, the LED indicator on the headset will typically flash blue slowly or turn solid blue.
6. If prompted for a password, enter "0000".

The Solix-1 supports multi-point pairing, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously. After pairing with the first device, disable Bluetooth on that device, then pair with the second device. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device, and the headset should connect to both.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function button until the LED indicator flashes blue.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Multi-function button until the LED indicator flashes red and then turns off.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button.
• Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up (+) button.
• Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down (-) button.

Call Management

• Answer Call: Press the Multi-function button once when a call comes in.
• End Call: Press the Multi-function button once during a call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for approximately 2 seconds when a call comes in.
• Redial Last Number: Double-press the Multi-function button.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the headset with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the charging port or speaker grilles.
• Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the headset regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
• Water Resistance: The Solix-1 is IPX5 certified, meaning it is resistant to sweat and light splashes of water. Do not submerge the headset in water or expose it to heavy rain. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
