The Control 23-1 is a two-way speaker designed for background and foreground music applications in various indoor and outdoor environments. It features a 3-inch woofer and a 1/2-inch PEI diaphragm tweeter, offering consistent sound dispersion.

2. Important Safety Information

4.1 Mounting Options

The InvisiBall system allows for flexible aiming of the speaker after installation. To adjust, loosen the InvisiBall screw, position the speaker, and then tighten the screw securely.

4.2 Wiring and Connections

The Control 23-1 speakers can be operated in a direct 8Ω setting or with the built-in 15 Watt 70V/100V multi-tap transformer. Ensure the correct setting is selected before connecting to an amplifier.

The rotary switch on the rear panel allows selection between 8Ω direct operation and various 70V/100V transformer tap settings. For 8Ω operation, ensure the switch is set to the '8Ω' position. For constant voltage systems, select the appropriate wattage tap (e.g., 3.7W, 7.5W, 15W) for your 70V or 100V line.

Connect speaker wires to the input terminals, ensuring correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative) from your amplifier.

5. Operation

5.1 Power Handling
