1. Setup and Assembly

1.1 Unpacking and Part Identification

1.2 Base Assembly

  1. Attach the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure they are securely tightened.
  2. The rear stabilizer bar includes pivoting nylon wheels for enhanced stability.

1.3 Pedal Installation

Attach the pedals to the crank arms. Note that the left pedal (marked 'L') screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal (marked 'R') screws clockwise. Ensure they are firmly tightened to prevent loosening during use. The pedals are anti-slip with adjustable straps for secure foot placement.

Connect the exercise bike to a power outlet. The 5.5-inch digital console will power on. The console displays key metrics such as time, distance, speed, calories burned, and pulse. It supports up to 4 user profiles.

2.5 App Compatibility (KINOMAP)

The ESX500 is compatible with fitness applications like KINOMAP. Place your tablet or smartphone on the integrated holder. Connect via Bluetooth to access live videos, coaching, and multiplayer modes for an interactive training experience. A Smart-TV may be required for streaming functions.

3. Maintenance
