Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the Acoustic Audio AA2103 Bluetooth Home 2.1 Speaker System. This system is designed to provide high-quality audio for various multimedia applications, including TVs, home entertainment systems, laptops, personal computers, DVD/MP3 players, cell phones, and tablets. It features Bluetooth connectivity, multiple input options, and a powerful 200-watt system output.

System Requirements

To operate the AA2103 speaker system, you will need:

Setup

1. Speaker Placement

Position the subwoofer on a stable surface, ideally on the floor or a sturdy shelf. Place the satellite speakers equidistant from your listening position for optimal stereo imaging. Ensure the satellite speakers are within reach of their 15-foot RCA cables to connect to the subwoofer.

2. Connecting Speakers

Connect the RCA cables from the two satellite speakers to the "AUDIO OUTPUT" RCA jacks on the rear panel of the subwoofer. Ensure the left (L) and right (R) channels are correctly matched.

3. Connecting Audio Sources

The AA2103 offers multiple ways to connect your audio devices:

AADAC Connection Steps:

  1. Connect the digital optical or coaxial cable from your audio source to the corresponding input on the AADAC.
  2. Connect the RCA output from the AADAC to the "AUDIO INPUT" RCA jacks on the rear panel of the AA2103 subwoofer.
  3. Connect the AADAC power adapter to a wall outlet and to the AADAC unit.

4. Power Connection

Once all audio connections are made, plug the subwoofer's power cord into a standard 110V grounded wall outlet. Turn on the power switch located on the rear panel of the subwoofer.

Operating Instructions

1. Controls Overview

The system can be controlled via the front panel of the subwoofer or the included full-function remote control.

2. Power On/Off

Use the power switch on the rear of the subwoofer to turn the system on or off. The remote control also has a power button for standby mode.

3. Volume Control

Adjust the master volume using the large knob on the front of the subwoofer or the "VOL+" and "VOL-" buttons on the remote control. The rear panel of the subwoofer also features a dedicated "BASS" control knob to adjust the subwoofer's output level.

4. Input Selection

Press the "INPUT" button on the remote control or the corresponding input buttons (USB, SD, BT, AUX) to cycle through the available audio sources.

5. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Select "BT" (Bluetooth) input on the speaker system. The system will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light or audible prompt.
  2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
  3. Select "AA2103" or similar from the list of devices.
  4. Once paired, the system will confirm the connection, and you can begin streaming audio.

6. USB/SD Card Playback

Insert a USB flash drive or SD card containing MP3 audio files into the respective slot on the top panel. The system will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playback. Use the playback controls on the subwoofer's top panel or the remote control to navigate tracks (Previous, Play/Pause, Next) and manage playback.
