Safety Instructions
General Safety

Electrical Safety

- Do not use the glue gun in wet or damp conditions.

Operation Safety
- The nozzle and melted glue become very hot (150-200°C). Avoid direct contact with skin to prevent burns.
- Do not touch the nozzle or melted glue immediately after use.
- Always place the glue gun on its stand when not in use to prevent the hot nozzle from touching surfaces.
- Never leave the glue gun unattended while it is plugged in or heating.
- Use only 11mm diameter glue sticks with this device.

Setup
Unpacking
- Carefully remove the glue gun from its packaging.

Inserting a Glue Stick
- Ensure the glue gun is unplugged and cool.
- Insert an 11mm diameter glue stick into the opening at the rear of the gun.
- Push the stick firmly until it meets resistance.

Operating Instructions
Warming Up
- Plug the glue gun into a 230V power outlet.
- Place the glue gun on its integrated stand on a heat-resistant surface.
- Allow 3-6 minutes for the glue gun to reach its operating temperature of 150-200°C.

Applying Glue
- Once warmed up, gently squeeze the trigger to dispense melted glue from the nozzle.
- Apply the glue to one of the surfaces to be bonded.
- Press the two surfaces together immediately, as hot glue sets quickly.
- Hold the pieces firmly for a few seconds until the glue cools and bonds.
After Use
- When finished, unplug the glue gun from the power outlet.
- Allow the glue gun to cool completely before storing.
- Do not attempt to remove partially used glue sticks from the rear opening.
Maintenance
Cleaning
- Ensure the glue gun is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the gun with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Do not attempt to clean the nozzle while the gun is hot.
Storage
- Store the glue gun in a dry, safe place, out of reach of children.
- Ensure the power cord is not kinked or wrapped tightly around the gun.
Troubleshooting
No Glue Flow
- Possible Cause: Not enough warm-up time.
Solution: Allow the glue gun to heat for the full 3-6 minutes. - Possible Cause: Glue stick not fully inserted or jammed.
Solution: Ensure the 11mm glue stick is pushed firmly into the feed chamber. Do not force it. - Possible Cause: Power issue.
Solution: Check if the glue gun is properly plugged into a working 230V outlet.
Glue Leaks from Nozzle
- Possible Cause: Overheating or prolonged idle time while hot.
Solution: Unplug the gun if not in continuous use. Ensure it's placed on its stand.
Gun Not Heating
- Possible Cause: No power.
Solution: Check power connection and outlet. Inspect power cord for damage.
