Setup and Assembly
Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
Attach the lower pole section to the weighted base by screwing it clockwise until secure.

Screw the upper pole section onto the lower pole section, turning clockwise until firmly connected.
Attach the lamp head with the flexible neck to the top of the upper pole section, screwing it clockwise until secure.
Insert the 13 Watt Type E OttLite bulb into the lamp head socket. Ensure the bulb is fully seated.

Place the lamp on a stable, flat surface. The weighted base ensures stability.

Operating Instructions
Plug the lamp's power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet.
Locate the push-button switch on the lamp head. Press the switch to turn the lamp ON.

To adjust the light direction, gently bend the flexible neck to position the lamp head as desired. The neck allows for a wide range of motion to direct light precisely where needed.

Press the push-button switch again to turn the lamp OFF.
Maintenance
Cleaning: Ensure the lamp is unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the lamp. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
Bulb Replacement: The lamp uses a 13 Watt Type E OttLite bulb. When replacing the bulb, ensure the lamp is unplugged and the bulb has cooled down. Gently remove the old bulb and insert the new one, aligning the pins with the socket holes. The bulb is rated to last up to 10,000 hours.
