2. Setup and Usage

2.1 Unboxing

Carefully remove the seat cushion from its packaging. The memory foam may take a short time to fully expand after being compressed during shipping. Allow it to air out if any initial odor is present.

2.2 Placement

Place the cushion on your desired seating surface (office chair, car seat, etc.) with the U-shaped cutout positioned at the back, facing the rear of the chair. This ensures that your tailbone (coccyx) is suspended over the cutout, reducing direct pressure.

2.3 Optimal Use

Ensure the cushion is centered on your seat. The non-slip bottom helps keep the cushion in place during use. Adjust your sitting posture to fully benefit from the ergonomic design, allowing the cushion to support your hips and thighs while relieving pressure on your tailbone.

• Cover: The 100% polyester cover is removable and machine washable. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. It can be tumble dried on low heat or air-dried.
• Memory Foam: DO NOT wash the memory foam core. Exposure to water can damage the foam structure. If the foam gets dirty, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry completely away from direct sunlight or heat.

4. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your seat cushion, consider the following:

• Initial Firmness: Memory foam may feel firm initially, especially in cooler temperatures. It will soften and conform to your body with use and warmth.
• Slipping: Ensure the non-slip bottom is directly on the chair surface. Avoid placing it on very smooth or slick materials.
• Discomfort: Re-adjust your position and the cushion's placement. Ensure the U-shaped cutout is correctly aligned with your tailbone. If discomfort persists, consult a healthcare professional.
• Odor: A new memory foam product may have a slight odor upon unboxing. This is normal and will dissipate within a few days of airing out.
