Control Panel Components
- Engine Switch (ENG.SW): Used to turn the engine ON or OFF.
- Voltmeter: Displays the output voltage of the generator.
- Circuit Breaker: Protects the generator from overload by automatically tripping.
- AC Outlets (220-240V / 50Hz): Receptacles for connecting electrical devices.
- Oil Alert Lamp: Illuminates when the engine oil level is low, triggering the low-oil shutdown system.

4. Setup and Preparation
Before operating your generator for the first time, or after extended storage, follow these steps carefully:
4.1 Add Engine Oil
- Place the generator on a level surface.
- Locate the oil fill cap/dipstick.
- Remove the cap and add the recommended engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) up to the full mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill. Refer to the engine manual for specific oil capacity and type.
- Securely replace the oil fill cap.
4.2 Add Fuel
- Ensure the engine is off and cool.
- Open the fuel tank cap.
- Carefully pour fresh, unleaded gasoline into the fuel tank, up to the designated fill level. Do not overfill. The fuel tank capacity is 15 liters.
- Securely close the fuel tank cap. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.
4.3 Grounding the Generator
For safety, the generator must be properly grounded. Connect a grounding wire from the generator's grounding terminal to an appropriate ground source, such as a ground rod.
5. Operation
5.1 Starting the Engine (Recoil Start)
- Ensure the generator is on a level surface and all electrical loads are disconnected.
- Turn the engine switch (ENG.SW) to the "ON" position.
- Open the fuel valve (if applicable).
- Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (if the engine is cold).
- Grasp the recoil starter handle firmly and pull it slowly until resistance is felt, then pull quickly and smoothly to start the engine. Repeat if necessary.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
- Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes before connecting loads.
5.2 Connecting Electrical Loads
- Ensure the generator is running smoothly and the voltmeter shows the correct output voltage (220-240V).
- Plug your electrical devices into the AC outlets. Do not exceed the rated AC output of 2.8 kW (or max 3.5 kW for short periods).
- Monitor the generator for any signs of overload, such as engine strain or the circuit breaker tripping.
5.3 Stopping the Engine
- Disconnect all electrical loads from the generator.
- Allow the engine to run for a few minutes without load to cool down.
- Turn the engine switch (ENG.SW) to the "OFF" position.
- Close the fuel valve (if applicable).
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and reliable operation of your generator. Always ensure the engine is off and cool before performing any maintenance.
6.1 Engine Oil Change
- Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of operation, then every 50-100 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
- Drain the old oil while the engine is warm.
- Refill with the recommended oil type and quantity.
6.2 Air Filter Cleaning/Replacement
- Inspect the air filter every 25-50 hours of operation or more frequently in dusty conditions.
- Clean the foam element with warm, soapy water, rinse, and allow to dry completely. Lightly oil before reinstallation.
- Replace the air filter element if it is damaged or excessively dirty.
6.3 Spark Plug Inspection
- Inspect the spark plug every 100 hours or annually.
- Clean carbon deposits and check the electrode gap. Replace if worn or fouled.
6.4 Fuel System Maintenance
- If storing the generator for more than 30 days, drain the fuel tank and carburetor, or use a fuel stabilizer.
- Clean the fuel filter periodically.
6.5 Storage
- For long-term storage, ensure the fuel system is prepared as described above.
- Change the engine oil.
- Clean the exterior of the generator.
- Store in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area.
