The LEFON Mini Digital AM FM Radio Media Speaker is a versatile and portable device designed for audio playback and radio reception. Setup Guide
1. Battery Installation and Charging
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the radio.
- Insert the provided rechargeable Li-ion battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the radio's charging port (usually a mini-USB or micro-USB port).
- Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
- The LED screen may indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes 3-5 hours.
Note: The radio can be operated while charging.
2. Inserting TF Card / USB Disk
The radio supports MP3 music playback from a TF (Micro SD) card or a USB flash drive (up to 64GB capacity).
- Locate the TF card slot or USB port on the side or back of the radio.
- Carefully insert your TF card or USB disk into the corresponding slot/port until it clicks into place or is firmly seated.
- Ensure your music files are in MP3 format for compatibility.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Locate the power switch (often a sliding switch) on the side or top of the radio. Slide it to the "ON" position to power on the device. Slide it to "OFF" to power off.
2. Mode Selection
Press the MODE button to switch between different functions: AM Radio, FM Radio, and MP3 Player (if a TF card or USB disk is inserted).
3. Radio Operation (AM/FM)
- Automatic Scan: When in FM or AM mode, press and hold the Play/Pause button (often labeled with a play/pause icon) to initiate an automatic scan. The radio will scan and store available stations.
- Manual Tuning: Use the Previous/Next Track buttons (often labeled with `|<<` and `>>|` or arrows) to manually tune to frequencies or navigate through stored stations.
- Direct Frequency Input: Use the numeric keypad (0-9) to directly enter a radio frequency. For example, to tune to 107.5 FM, press 1-0-7-5.
- Volume Control: Use the dedicated volume buttons (often labeled with `+` and `-` or a rotary dial) to adjust the sound level.
4. MP3 Player Operation
- Ensure a TF card or USB disk with MP3 files is inserted.
- Switch to MP3 mode using the MODE button.
- Use the Previous/Next Track buttons to skip between songs.
- Press the Play/Pause button to pause or resume playback.
- The radio supports breakpoint memory, meaning it will resume playback from where it left off when powered on again.
5. Using the LED Screen Display
The large LED screen displays the current radio frequency, track number (in MP3 mode), and other relevant information. It is designed for clear visibility, especially in low-light conditions.

6. Emergency Flashlight Function
To activate the built-in emergency flashlight, press the LED button. Press it again to turn off the flashlight. This feature provides convenience and safety in dark environments.

7. Using Earphones
For private listening, connect standard 3.5mm earphones to the headphone jack located on the side of the radio. The internal speaker will automatically mute when earphones are connected.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the radio. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If the radio will not be used for an extended period, charge it periodically. The battery is user-replaceable if needed.
- Storage: Store the radio in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
