4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Quay Woodcraft Dinosaur models:
- Prepare the Pieces: Carefully press out each pre-cut wooden piece from the sheets. If any pieces are difficult to remove, gently push from the back or use the provided sandpaper to smooth edges if necessary.
- Identify Parts: Each piece is numbered. Refer to the included instruction sheet to identify the corresponding parts for each dinosaur model.
- Slot Together: Follow the numbering system on the instruction sheet to slot the pieces together. The design allows for a snug fit without the need for adhesive.
- Assemble Each Dinosaur:
- Stegosaurus: H9 x L18 x W4 cm
- Ornithomimus: H14 x L21 x W8 cm

5. Care and Maintenance

- Pieces do not fit snugly: Use the provided sandpaper to gently sand the edges of the tabs or slots until they fit. Do not force pieces, as this may cause breakage.
- A piece broke during assembly: If a piece breaks, wood glue can be used to repair it. Allow sufficient drying time before continuing assembly.
- Missing parts: Double-check all wood sheets. If a part is genuinely missing, contact Quay customer support.
