5. Installation

5.1. Pre-Installation Check

Before installation, ensure you have all necessary components and tools. The Fleck Elba water heater is designed for vertical wall mounting.

5.2. Mounting the Water Heater

  1. Choose a suitable vertical wall location that can support the weight of the water heater when full.
  2. Mark the drilling points for the mounting brackets according to the dimensions diagram (Figure 4.1).
  3. Drill holes and insert appropriate wall plugs. Secure the mounting brackets firmly.
  4. Carefully lift and hang the water heater onto the secured brackets.

5.3. Water Connections

  1. Connect the cold water inlet (marked 'E' in Figure 4.1) to the main cold water supply using appropriate flexible hoses (not included).
  2. Install the safety valve on the cold water inlet.
