Setup and First Use

- Wash: Before first use, wash all parts (food jar, lid, spoon, serving bowl) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. The food jar and its components are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).

- For hot foods: Fill the food jar with hot water, attach the lid, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Empty the water before adding your hot food.

Operating Instructions
- Fill the Jar: Place your prepared hot or cold food into the main stainless steel jar. Ensure not to overfill, leaving enough space for the inner lid.
- Secure the Inner Lid: Twist the inner lid (with the integrated spoon) securely onto the jar. This lid features a rubber band seal to prevent leaks.
- Attach the Outer Lid/Serving Bowl: Screw the outer lid firmly onto the jar. This lid can be used as a serving bowl.
- Using the Spoon: The foldable stainless steel spoon is stored within the inner lid. To use, simply unfold it. After use, fold it back and store it in its designated slot in the inner lid.
