Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Mount-It! MI-875 Mobile TV Cart. It is recommended to have a second person assist with certain steps, especially when handling the television.
Step 1: Attach Casters to Base Legs
- Carefully unbox all components and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
- Attach the four casters to the designated holes on the two base legs. Ensure all casters are securely tightened.

Step 2: Assemble the Base and Main Column
- Connect the two base legs to the bottom of the main column using the provided hardware. Ensure the connection is stable and secure.
- Stand the assembled base and column upright.

Step 3: Attach TV Mounting Plate and Brackets
- Attach the TV mounting plate to the top of the main column.
- Identify the correct VESA mounting holes on the back of your television.
- Attach the two TV mounting brackets to the back of your television using the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit. Ensure they are securely fastened and level.

Step 4: Mount the Television
- With assistance, carefully lift the television and hook the attached mounting brackets onto the TV mounting plate on the main column.
- Secure the TV to the mounting plate using the safety screws or locking mechanisms provided. Ensure the TV is stable and cannot be accidentally dislodged.
Step 5: Install Shelves
- Attach the AV shelf to the main column at your desired height. Tighten the securing mechanism.
- Attach the camera shelf to the top of the TV mounting plate or main column, depending on your model's design.

Operating Instructions
Moving the TV Cart
- To move the cart, unlock all four casters.
- Use the built-in handle on the main column to guide the cart.
- Once in the desired location, engage the locks on all four casters to secure the cart in place.

Adjusting TV Height
- The TV mounting plate can be adjusted vertically along the main column. Loosen the height adjustment knob(s) or lever(s) on the column.
- Carefully raise or lower the TV to the desired viewing height.
- Tighten the knob(s) or lever(s) securely to lock the TV in position.

Tilting and Swiveling the TV
- Tilt: The TV can be tilted +5° upwards and -12° downwards. Loosen the tilt adjustment knobs on the TV mounting brackets, adjust to the desired angle, and then re-tighten.
- Swivel/Rotation: The TV can be rotated 90° to switch between landscape and portrait orientation. Carefully rotate the TV mounting plate to the desired orientation. Ensure it clicks into place or is secured if a locking mechanism is present.

Cable Management
- Utilize the integrated cable management clips or channels along the main column to route and organize your TV and device cables.
- This helps maintain a tidy appearance and prevents tripping hazards.

Using the Shelves
- Place your webcam or small camera on the upper camera shelf.
- Use the lower AV shelf for devices such as laptops, cable boxes, DVD players, or gaming consoles.
- Ensure the weight of items on each shelf does not exceed 11 lbs (5 kg).

Maintenance
