1. Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before using this heater. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.

  • Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
  • This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater.
  • Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
  • Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
  • Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet.
  • Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
  • A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
  • Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Unpacking and Assembly

  1. Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for off-season storage.
  2. Inspect the heater for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
  3. Attach the wheels to the base of the heater. Ensure they are securely fastened to provide stability and ease of movement. The large wheel base is designed for easier movement.

3.2 Placement

  • Place the heater on a firm, level surface.
  • Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) of clear space around the heater from walls, furniture, and other combustible materials.
  • Do not place the heater in areas where it could be easily tipped over.
  • This heater is intended for indoor use only.

4. Operating Instructions

Before operating, ensure the heater is plugged directly into a 120V AC, 60Hz electrical outlet.

4.1 Heat Settings

The heater offers three heat settings:

  • Low (600W): For minimal heat or maintaining warmth.
  • Medium (900W): For moderate heating.
  • High (1500W): For maximum heat output to quickly warm a room.

To select a heat setting, rotate the heat setting dial on the control panel to the desired position (I for Low, II for Medium, III for High).

4.2 Automatic Thermostat Control

The automatic thermostat maintains your desired room temperature.

  1. Turn the thermostat control knob to the "MAX" position.
  2. When the room reaches a comfortable temperature, slowly turn the thermostat knob counter-clockwise until the heater turns off.
  3. The heater will now cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.

4.3 24-Hour Programmable Timer

The 24-hour timer allows you to program the heater to turn on and off automatically.

  1. Setting the Current Time: Rotate the outer ring of the timer dial clockwise until the arrow points to the current hour. Each segment on the dial represents 15 minutes.
  2. Programming ON/OFF Times: Push the small black pins on the outer ring inwards for the periods you want the heater to be ON. Leave the pins outwards for the periods you want the heater to be OFF.
  3. Ensure the heater's main power switch is ON and the thermostat is set to a desired temperature for the timer to function.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

  • Always unplug the heater from the wall outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Do not immerse the heater in water or allow water to drip into the interior of the heater.
  • Clean the air intake and exhaust openings regularly to prevent dust buildup. Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment if necessary.

5.2 Storage

  • When not in use, store the heater in a cool, dry location.
  • Utilize the convenient cord storage design to wrap the power cord neatly around the designated area on the heater.
  • It is recommended to store the heater in its original packaging to protect it from dust and damage.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Increase heat setting to Medium or High.
  • Increase thermostat setting.
  • Ensure the heater is appropriate for the room size.
Heater cycles on and off too frequently.
  • Thermostat set too high for current room temperature.
  • Lower the thermostat setting slightly.
