Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

1. Read all instructions before using this heater.
2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater. 11. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
12. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
13. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
14. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
15. This heater includes a tip-over safety switch and overheat protection. If the heater tips over or overheats, it will automatically shut off.

Setup and Placement

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for off-season storage.
2. Assembly (Wheels): The heater comes with a large wheel base for easy movement. Ensure the wheels are securely attached before operation.
3. Placement:
   • Place the heater on a firm, level surface.
   • Ensure the heater is at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) away from walls, furniture, curtains, and other combustible materials.

Control Panel Functions:

Setting the Timer:

1. With the heater ON, press the TIMER button.
2. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the desired number of hours (from 1 to 24) before the heater turns OFF.
3. To set the timer for delayed ON, ensure the heater is OFF, then press the TIMER button and use +/- to set the desired delay before the heater turns ON.
