Operating Instructions
- Add Water: Open the lid and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
- Select Ice Size: Press the "Select" button. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
- Start Ice Production: Press the "Start" button. The ice maker will begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of ice can be ready in as little as 7 minutes, depending on the selected size and ambient temperature.
- Monitor Operation:
- The "Add Water" indicator light will illuminate when the water reservoir needs refilling.
- The "Ice Full" indicator light will illuminate when the ice basket is full, and the unit will automatically pause ice production.
- Retrieve Ice: Once ice is produced, use the provided ice scoop to remove ice from the basket.
- Stop Operation: Press the "Stop" button to halt ice production at any time.
- Continuous Operation: The ice maker can produce up to 30 pounds of ice in 24 hours under optimal conditions. Ensure the water reservoir is refilled as needed and the ice basket is emptied regularly for continuous operation.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ice maker.
- Daily Cleaning:
- Empty any remaining water from the reservoir by unplugging the drain plug.
- Wipe the interior with a soft cloth.
- Weekly Cleaning:
- Unplug the unit.
