Setup Instructions

1. Prepare Mounting Surface: Use one of the provided alcohol cleaning wipes to thoroughly clean the desired mounting surface on your car's dashboard. Ensure the surface is dry and free of dust or grease for optimal adhesion.
2. Apply Dash Mount: Peel off the protective backing from the adhesive on the base of the MagicMount Pro Dash Mount. Firmly press the mount against the cleaned dashboard surface for 30-60 seconds. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to achieve ultimate bond strength before use.
3. Attach MagicPlate to Phone: Choose a MagicPlate (rectangular or round) and peel off its protective backing. Apply the protective film to the back of your phone or phone case first, then firmly attach the MagicPlate over the film. For best results, place the MagicPlate directly on the outside of your phone or case. Note: This product is not compatible with MagSafe without the included plates.

Operating Instructions

1. Secure Your Phone: Once the MagicPlate is attached to your phone/case and the dash mount is securely installed, simply bring your phone close to the magnetic surface of the mount. The powerful rare-earth neodymium magnets will securely hold your device in place.
2. Adjust Viewing Angle: The mount features a 360-degree adjustable head with a lock-nut. Loosen the lock-nut to adjust your phone to the desired viewing angle (portrait or landscape), then tighten the lock-nut to secure it. This allows for optimal visibility without obstruction.

3. Cable Management: Utilize the integrated cable clip on the back of the mount to keep your charging cable organized and prevent clutter.
4. One-Handed Use: The cradle-free design allows for easy, one-handed attachment and removal of your phone, ensuring minimal distraction while driving.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Scosche MagicMount Pro, regularly wipe the magnetic surface and the mount's body with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Periodically check the adhesive bond to ensure it remains secure. If the adhesive weakens, a replacement adhesive pad may be required.

Troubleshooting

• Phone not holding securely: Ensure the MagicPlate is correctly attached to your phone or case and is centered on the magnetic surface. Verify that the mounting surface for the dash mount was clean and dry before application, and allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure.
• Mount detaching from dashboard: Re-clean the dashboard surface with an alcohol wipe and reapply the mount, ensuring firm pressure for 30-60 seconds. Allow sufficient curing time. Consider using a new adhesive pad if the original has lost its stickiness.
• Difficulty adjusting angle: Loosen the lock-nut on the 360-degree adjustable head before attempting to change the angle. Tighten it firmly once the desired position is achieved.
