1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the ABCCANOPY Instant Canopy SunWall. This product is designed to provide additional protection and privacy for your 10x10 FT or 10x20 FT straight leg pop-up canopy tent. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your SunWall. Please read it thoroughly before installation and retain it for future reference.

This package includes one (1) sidewall only. The canopy frame and top are not included.

2. Safety Information

Always follow manufacturer's instructions for safe setup and use. Do not use in direct sunlight for extended periods. Be aware of potential hazards such as UV exposure and wind resistance. Always secure the shelter to the ground using appropriate anchors.

  • Ensure the canopy frame is stable and securely anchored before attaching the sidewall.
  • Do not use the sidewall in extreme weather conditions, including strong winds or heavy rain, as this may damage the product or cause injury.
  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.
  • Supervise children around the canopy and sidewall to prevent accidents.

3. Package Contents

Note: Canopy frame and top are sold separately.

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to securely attach your ABCCANOPY SunWall to a compatible straight leg canopy frame:

  1. Prepare the Canopy: Ensure your 10x10 FT or 10x20 FT straight leg canopy frame is fully erected and stable.
  2. Attach Top Velcro Straps: Locate the Velcro straps along the top edge of the SunWall. Attach these straps securely to the trusses of your canopy frame.
  3. Secure Side Velcro Tabs: Along the vertical edges of the SunWall, you will find 8 Velcro tabs. Wrap these tabs around the frame legs to secure the sidewall for single wall use.
  4. Connect Multiple Sidewalls (Optional): If you are using multiple SunWalls to enclose your canopy, utilize the integrated zip connectors to join the sidewalls together. This creates a continuous, enclosed space.

5. Operating Your SunWall

The ABCCANOPY SunWall is designed to enhance your outdoor experience by providing protection from various elements:

  • Sun Protection: The 300 Denier Polyester with PU lining blocks 99% of UV sun rays, offering UPF 50+ protection. Position the SunWall on the side where sun exposure is highest.
  • Wind Protection: When properly secured with all Velcro straps and tabs, the sidewall helps to reduce wind intrusion, creating a more comfortable environment within your canopy.
  • Rain Protection: The material is 100% waterproof, providing a barrier against rain. Ensure all connections are tight to minimize water entry.
  • Privacy: Use the SunWall to create a private space within your canopy, ideal for changing, storage, or simply enjoying a secluded area.

For full enclosure of a 10x10 FT canopy, four (4) sidewalls are typically needed. For a 10x20 FT canopy, six (6) sidewalls are recommended.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your SunWall:

  • Cleaning: Clean the sidewall with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric and its waterproof coating. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
  • Storage: Fold the SunWall neatly and store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use. This prevents mildew and prolongs material integrity.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the fabric, Velcro straps, and zippers for any signs of wear or damage. Repair minor issues promptly to prevent further deterioration.

7. Troubleshooting
