3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install the headset in your helmet and connect it to your two-way radio.
3.1. Helmet Speaker and Microphone Installation
- Prepare Helmet: Ensure your helmet has designated speaker pockets or sufficient space to comfortably accommodate the speakers without pressing against your ears.
- Install Speakers: Peel the adhesive backing from the helmet speakers and firmly attach them inside the helmet, aligning them with your ears. Ensure the speaker wires are routed neatly within the helmet padding.
- Position Microphone: Attach the boom microphone inside the helmet, positioning it close to your mouth for optimal voice pickup, typically near the chin bar.

3.2. PTT Button Attachment
The Push-to-Talk (PTT) button features a Velcro strap for convenient attachment.
- Select Location: Choose a location on your motorcycle or bicycle handlebar that is easily accessible while riding, such as near the grip.
