Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

The HP USB Business Speakers v2 are powered directly via the USB connection. They will automatically power on when connected to a powered USB port and power off when the USB connection is removed or the computer is shut down.

Volume Control

Volume adjustment is primarily controlled through your computer's operating system sound settings or media player. The speakers feature a touch-sensitive area on the top of one speaker for quick volume adjustments. Tap to increase or decrease volume, or press and hold for continuous adjustment.

Audio Playback

Once connected and selected as the default audio output device, any audio played on your computer will be routed through the speakers. Ensure your computer's volume is not muted and is set to an audible level.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the speakers, gently wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosols, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish or internal components. Ensure the speakers are disconnected from power before cleaning.

Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the speakers in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the speakers.
