4. Operating Modes
The RuggedGrade Solar Flood Light features 4 intelligent operating modes, selectable via the red control button:
- Mode 1 (Dim + Full Brightness): The light stays at a dim setting (10% power) and brightens to full 1000 lumens when motion is detected. After 30 seconds of no motion, it returns to dim.
- Mode 2 (Full Brightness No Motion): The light remains at full 1000 lumens continuously from dusk till dawn. Note: This mode may result in shorter battery life.
- Mode 3 (Half Brightness No Motion): The light remains at half brightness continuously from dusk till dawn.
- Mode 4 (Off): The light remains off. It will automatically turn off in daylight and go into recharge mode.
To cycle through the modes, press the red button located on the unit. Each press will advance to the next mode.
