Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your EverBrite 5-Pack LED Headlamps. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

Your EverBrite LED Headlamps require AAA batteries for operation. The product includes 15 AAA carbon batteries (3 per headlamp).

Locate the battery compartment on the side of the headlamp unit.
Twist the end cap counter-clockwise to open the battery compartment.
Insert three (3) AAA batteries into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
Replace the end cap by twisting it clockwise until securely closed. This ensures a water-resistant seal.

2. Adjusting the Headband

The headlamp features an adjustable elastic strap for a comfortable and secure fit for various head sizes, including adults and children. It also includes a top strap to help keep the headlamp fixed and prevent slipping.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The headlamp features a simple button design located on the top of the unit for easy access, even with gloves.

To turn the headlamp ON, press the power button once.
To cycle through the 4 lighting modes, press the power button repeatedly:
1. Low: 2 LED bulbs illuminated.
2. Medium: 4 LED bulbs illuminated.
3. High: All 8 LED bulbs illuminated.
4. Strobe: Flashing light mode.
To turn the headlamp OFF, continue pressing the power button until the light turns off after cycling through all modes.

2. Pivoting Head Adjustment

The headlamp unit can swivel and rotate up to 90 degrees, allowing you to direct the light precisely where needed. This feature is ideal for various activities, both indoors and outdoors.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

To clean your headlamp, wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.

2. Battery Replacement

When the light output diminishes, it is time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps in the "Setup" section. Always replace all three AAA batteries at the same time with new ones for optimal performance.

3. Storage

Store the headlamp in a cool, dry place when not in use. If storing for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and potential damage to the unit.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Headlamp does not turn on.	Batteries are dead or low. Batteries are inserted incorrectly. Battery compartment not securely closed.	Replace with new AAA batteries. Check battery polarity and reinsert correctly. Ensure end cap is twisted clockwise until securely closed.
Light output is dim.	Batteries are low. LEDs are dirty.	Replace with new AAA batteries. Gently wipe the LED surface with a soft, clean cloth.
Headlamp slips on head.	Headband is too loose.	Adjust the elastic strap for a tighter fit.
