Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: The device typically powers on automatically when connected to power and powers off when power is disconnected. You can also manually power on/off by pressing and holding the power button.
- Recording: Once powered on, the camera usually starts recording automatically. A flashing indicator (e.g., red dot) on the screen indicates recording is in progress.
- Mode Switching: Use the "Mode" button to switch between Video Recording, Photo Mode, and Playback Mode.
- Menu Navigation: In any mode, press the "Menu" button to access settings. Use the Up/Down arrow buttons to navigate and the "OK" button to confirm selections.
Video Recording Mode
- Start/Stop Recording: In video mode, press the "OK" button to start or stop recording manually.
- Loop Recording: The camera supports seamless loop-cycle recording. This feature overwrites the oldest unlocked files when the memory card is full, ensuring continuous recording. You can set loop recording intervals (e.g., 1, 3, 5 minutes) in the settings.
- G-Sensor: The built-in G-sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. When triggered, it automatically locks the current video file to prevent it from being overwritten by loop recording. The sensitivity of the G-sensor can be adjusted in the settings.
- Motion Detection: When enabled, the camera will automatically start recording when it detects movement in front of the lens. This is useful for parking surveillance. Ensure the camera is powered (e.g., via a continuous power supply) for this feature to work when the vehicle is off.
- Night Vision: The camera is equipped with night vision capabilities to enhance recording quality in low-light conditions. This feature typically activates automatically.
Photo Mode
- Switch to Photo Mode using the "Mode" button.

Memory Card Management
- Regularly format the memory card (e.g., once a month) within the camera's settings to maintain optimal performance and prevent data corruption.

- Replace the memory card if you experience frequent errors or degraded performance.
