Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Barco CS-100 system:

- Power On: Connect the power adapter to the Base Unit and plug it into an electrical outlet. The unit will power on automatically.

Operating Instructions
Sharing with the ClickShare Button:
- Plug in the Button: Insert the ClickShare Button into an available USB port on your PC or Mac.
- Run the Application: The Button will automatically launch a small application. If it doesn't, navigate to the Button's drive and run the executable file.
- Click to Share: Once the application is running, click the physical button on the ClickShare Button. Your laptop's screen content will appear on the main display.
- Stop Sharing: Click the Button again to stop sharing your screen.
Sharing with the ClickShare App (Mobile Devices):
- Connect to Network: Ensure your mobile device (smartphone or tablet) is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Barco CS-100 Base Unit.
- Open App: Launch the ClickShare App on your mobile device.
- Select Base Unit: The app will detect available ClickShare Base Units. Select your CS-100 unit from the list.
- Start Sharing: Follow the in-app instructions to begin sharing your device's screen or specific content (e.g., documents, photos).
Note: The Barco CS-100 allows up to 8 users to connect, but only one user can share content on the screen at a time.
Security Features:
The CS-100 includes standard ClickShare security features such as encryption, login management, HTTPS, and the option to hide the SSID of the Base Unit's wireless network for enhanced security.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Barco CS-100 system:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the Base Unit and ClickShare Buttons. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
