4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Initial Cleaning:

- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
4.2 Assembly:

- Press the release lever to tilt the motor head upwards.

- Lower the motor head by pressing the release lever again and gently pushing the head down until it clicks into position.
- Attach the splash guard lid to the mixing bowl, ensuring it fits snugly.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 General Operation:
- Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and the motor head is locked down.
- Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl. The maximum capacity for dough is 3.5 kg.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
- Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting (1-8). For quick bursts of power, use the Turbo function.
- Monitor the mixing process through the splash guard.
- Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control dial to '0' and unplug the appliance.
